No Candy Challenge

The ladies at the 9 AM class challenged each other to stick to their Halloween candy plan. For some that meant not buying any candy so they wouldn’t be tempted. Others bought candy they didn’t like, while others said they would allow themselves one piece. Guess what? They all stuck to their plan.

halloweencandyAmazing right? Well…. They knew on Monday they not only had to vocalize all the candy they ate but also write it down for everyone to see. They made it over an entire weekend because they determined in their minds to succeed.

Now what is in store for these ladies? They are going to tackle the 21 Days to Success Plan. They want to succeed this Holiday season instead of becoming a statistic. The average weight gain from Halloween until January 1 is seven pounds. These ladies want to do their part to keep that average low. They want to lose weight.
