10 reasons to “SIZZLE”…

by Gretchen on March 12, 2010

It all breaks down into three categories: Health, Bootcamp, and yes, Vanity. I’ve come up with my 10 reasons to take on the ‘S3′ challenge… what are your 10 reasons? Here’s mine:

10-   Making my heart and lungs Happy. I won’t be sucking wind so early on in our workout, and my heart won’t be in my throat.

9-   More Energy, the less there is to push around the more I can do. The blood won’t rush to my brain… as quickly

8-   Tucker wants to hike Mt.Washington for his birthday in June … more oxygen to the brain! I’ll definitely be needing that.

7-   No more ‘Moody Mama’, Eating healthy will level out the sugar highs and sugar lows from eating poorly.

6-   I’d like to unveil the muscles we are building at Bootcamp. Time for them to stop hibernating.

5-   Speaking of hibernating, it’s almost bathing suit season and the ‘muffin top’ has got to go.

4-   It’s High School Reunion time… of course I want the old classmates to see a healthy, vibrant, and did I mention young classmate.

3-   And the last of my vanity… I want to make the Indian look bigger!

2-   The satisfaction of having Dean have to take at least 20 of us out to dinner

1-   And finally to show Dean and Nancy that I actually can ‘Make it Happen’ (it’s only taken a year and a half of stubbornness)

And so come Monday morning it’s time to say goodbye to my favorite things:

Farewell Shamrock shakes, girl scout cookies, Johnson’s pumpkin whoopie pies, and cranberry-white chocolate-macademia cookies. So long fried clams, chinese food, and pizza. I’ll miss your taste but, I won’t miss your affects to my mind, body and spirit!

Sizzlin’ Slimdown here I come!!

blog you later
