DIET…What’s That Mean Anyway?

Diet…do I hate that word, but it is everywhere, not a magazine you pick up doesn’t have that awful word on it, so what does one do when the very word you hate is part of your everyday life, embrace it…?

Yep that is what I said, embrace it, digest it.. (like that play on words?) Food is a fuel, learn about foods and how they work in your body, this most beautiful machine that God has made, is made up to MOVE.

So the first thing is move it, make it jump, make it bend, make it snap those hips, pull your ab muscles to your spine, shave that kettlebell right over your body.

Food is but the fuel, that moves the body, eat 8-12 cups of veggies a day, mix it up nothing wrong with eating a good bowl of spinach in the morning, don’t like it alone drop an egg into it with some mexican spices, hummus up, one bell pepper with hummus makes for a great snack, keep red meats to a low but buffalo is great and very low in cholesterol, turkey, chicken, ham, pork, women 4-6ozs, men 6-8ozs protien each meal, mix it up again divide it between 6 meals a day, 2 cups of veggies with losts of water and good fats like olive oil, and you can eat forever on this DIET.

If you want that piece of chocolate cake, have it, move forward, maybe you don’t need the whole slice, yeah for you, but don’t fret over it. My faux pax on live to eat, lol, is not so far off, enjoy your food, sit with those who make you happy, relax, experience the texture and the aroma and the taste….EAT TO LIVE, MOVE IT, and MAKE IT HAPPEN
